CJ Bruton and AL Westover have beaten Dusty and Phil to Player and Coach of the month respectively.
I also note that Adelaide had four players in the list of contenders, the fourth apparently being Darnell Mee. Maybe the end of game turnover was no mistake.

Probably have to agree with CJ getting Player of the Month he's had a pretty impressive start to the season.
Coach of the month hmmm...
Al has got some big wins, but he also has a BIG lineup.
Doubt anyone would have expected/predicted the Sixers to be sitting top of the ladder.

Especially considering the 36ers wins have been against some very good opposition, including Tigers (currently 2nd), Taipans X2 (3rd, only Adelaide have beaten them) & Kings (4th). The only real contender they haven't faced in the first month is Brisbane, and their only loss was to the hot-and-cold Crocs, who are generally pretty tough to beat on their home court.
