AUS vs USA Refunds

I wonder how much of the blame for this debacle rests with the promoter and how much with BA.

It's amazing that such a great event in our sport's history was executed so poorly. From the merchandising to the floor seating the experience wasn't what it should have been and left a sour taste for many.

They really did get too greedy trying to fill such a big building. Would have been disappointed people if it was in just a normal sized stadium and missed out, but probably not as many that went to an event that was shit.

Expectation vs Reality. Unfortunately those who didn't think before they purchased had the media on side, looking for any excuse to kick basketball every chance they get.

Sad really and even moreso given what the world deals with now, to look back at the sooks complaining about a plastic seat.

#802584 is clearly the BA employee.

Sprouting off some nonsensical defence of the indefensible. Imagine running a business in a competitive field with such misleading advertising and poor product design. They wouldn't last.

X, they maybe been fools, BUT look what it's taken to get to this result.

I didn’t think they’d get refunds either. I’m not a fool, happy they did, but wouldn’t have been surprised if they hadn’t.

Seating was a debacle but true fans should have known stars were not going to play. Original roster supplied in good faith, of course promoters are going to put stars on promotion instead of a Plumlee or Lopez.

Yeah a plastic seat with a view of a court that was always going to be above ground height.

" true fans"

Pretty sure there is no "true fans" clause in Australian consumer law.
