Sad we don't get an NBL mod with the 2K games, always thought it would be cool. What ratings would you give players? Scaled to NBL level ofcourse.
I'd go Cotton the highest rated with 94.

There's loads of NBL rosters you can download on 2k20. Just follow the YouTube tutorial on how to apply them to a regular season. You just have to ignore the other NBA teams.
There's someone that's creating a mod on PC now, called MonkeyMan Mods. Search up his YouTube, also search up Evy53 on YT who does it for PS4. Both have similar ratings in their game e.g. Cotton the highest at (84), which is way more perfect than having them at 95, lowest at 65
