Was around $25 approximately when I did a few seasons ago.
All electronic processed, no idea why it costs anything to administer!

Don't forget to get ya pointless permission to train request!

If you have a clearance, you don't need a permission to train - just have to take the clearance form with you to tryouts

A few days out from start of the season and no clearance list - without the list, how does a club know if a player is legit? Needs to come out before Friday.

Surely clearances of players must be published!

Under the new system the club that the player is moving to provides them with a link, they fill out the online form and pay $22 to BV. It's all automatic and visible to the clubs so they don’t really have to publish a list. They still should as the movement to and from clubs is a pretty good indicator of the service they provide to their members.

Not visible to all the clubs - just those involved. How would one club know a player they are up against has properly transferred? Transparency dictates that the list is published before the season starts.
