Very enjoyable brand of basketball by both teams so far, good commentary from Tahj.

Both sides are going to be up there, kings passing very well, up tempo like last season but more team. United need jla back, not as deep as kings.

Hukaporti with a massive block on Noi. United starters are excellent, Goulding on fire.

Hukporti is going to be an NBA starting C sooner rather than later.

Not just an athlete, good IQ and plays his role.

There's some big scores getting put on the board during the blitz. Wonder if it's the new norm for the nbl??

"Not as deep as Kings" - not sure about that. United look genuinely 10 deep.

Travers also doing great. Sydney coach mixing up his rotations a lot. Valentine not looking great. Bolden doing better. United passing is elite. Hukporti, superb.

Entertaining game. Liking the look of United this season, less reliance on Goulding, with a genuine inside presence and multiple other outside scoring options. It's early days but Delly looks rejuvenated and playing a more slick, attacking game. Travers has stepped up the two-way athletic, aggressive play which will make him a potential MVP (early days again).

Bowen - good, solid hustle player, have you seen a worse shooting technique? What was he doing at college!

Galloway and Toohey look like jets, both long with great skills. Bolden still has a nice outside game.

Found the commentary ridiculous, great to have guests but please commentate the game still, chatting about random topics is just annoying.

Early days but I can foresee this group becoming my favourite Melbourne team since the Westover era, if not ever

Yeah this looks like the most balanced United roster ... ever?

Kings still look a few weeks away from being ready as far as slotting all the new pieces in, all while still missing Hogg. Going to be a bit of a slow start I think but once it starts to click we should be in top-4 contention, although Adams would need to be at MVP-level again for us to be a serious title threat I think.
