Exactly what it says. The more you learn the better you are - we all know Smyth is not that great in developing youngsters and Jacob really stepped up when Brian asked him out to his first Boomers camp - the more experience and expert coaching the better. If it wasn't for Ninnis, Holmes and Forman would have never got to train with the Boomers, Smyth never passed on the message to all the young guys that they were invited to train at the first Boomers camp in Adelaide two years ago. Ninnis luckily got a call the night before and rang the guys as he knew this was a fantastic opportunity!! Its exactly the same as people who leave jobs in the business world!
