Error when entering ABL tips?

I can't enter my tips because i can't even get onto the entering tips link. Help???

Is "Error" seriously the most descriptive topic title you can come up with? Can you please think for a few seconds about the other users of the forum before rushing your posts?

Not sure what's wrong with the tipping site. I was able to enter my tips just then, but other areas are problematic. You might have to wait and try again later.
