Informer you idiot!!! That's typical coming from you!
How the hell can you like 17 in 1??? Is that the one where you are simply running from one side of the court to the other 17 times in 1 minute??? How is that even a drill? Gee you learn so much from that one!!!
And the Jacob drill?? Is that the Eastern drill where you give the ball to Jacob Holmes and everyone else get the f@*k out of the way?????

LoL nah its not.... i dont know y we call it that.... its where you put a bin up one end of the court and you have three lines the person on the out side lane has to sprint down the court while the perosn in the middle passes to the person on the other side and they pass it back to the middle person and then they pass it to the person that has run around the bin!!! Good drill when u know what you are doing ... im not from the mavs!! What drills you like?

Mate 5 on 5 scrimmage, that's it!
Anything that involves too much running doesn't really grab my fancy!

Panther, I think you are chatting to some younguns there mate, who would no doubt run forever.

Incog, I'd consider paying money to see you do a 17 in 1!!!!

Jacob's Layup drill is named after some guy (presumably named Jacob). People who are lucky enough to go on SASI tour to California will train at the court named after him also.

3on 2 plus 1. Simple drill that has everything in it. Nothing better then running 3 on 3 with juniors& Makes you work hard, quick passes in transition, ensures players finish off and makes the defensive players work.

Panther would not like this drill as you have to work hard at this one.

Panther enjoys that drill as far as I know as it gives him a chance to run through South younger squad members
