NBA Live 06 Problem

I just tried to install NBA Live 06 on my computer. 1/2 way through the instillation it said "please insert CD 2", so I did and clicked ok. The message came up again even though I had put disk 2 in? I would be very grateful if someone could tell me how to fix this.

i think there is something wrong with disc 2

Anyone got cheats for NBA Live 06, 07 for PS2. Or any ideas for a challenge with it. I'm getting bored, must be to good for it.
