South Australia NITP Information

I'm interested in volunteering to help with the NITP in Adelaide, but there's practically no information online about the program (only State on BSA's website) and have a couple of questions:

Does anyone know what the calendar is for the NITP i.e. do the trainings start up concurrently with the junior summer/winter season, and is there an off-season?

Given that BSA's new High Performance Manager has just started his position, should I be looking to contact him or someone else within BSA?

Not sure about SA, but in NSW NITP starts beginning Oct, and runs until end of August. Assume SA is similar.
