I know there is no reserve 2 grade in state champs this year - but 16 teams allowed per grade to nominate for state reserve champs - can the top div 3 teams nominate if say only 9 div 2 teams nominate - ie 7 div 3 teams could fill the remaining spots?
Yes but on 2 conditions.
1/ That your club does not have 2 division 2 teams that have been nominated.
2/ That your club actually nominates them.

If you have two div 2 teams that finish top 4 do points get awarded for each team towards overall club title? If not do you keep going done the scale until you reach the cut off for points awarded?
if for example north U16 reserve girls both finish top 4 but only 1 can score points, how are the rest of the points worked out?
does everyone bump up 1 position? who then gets 4th place, since there are no 5th place playoffs, 5th & 6th would be the same. or are those points just not allocated?
i think clubs should be allowed to score points with 2 teams in reserves. if they're good enough, why not?
